Fit & Volume Tutorial

How do I get the best fit and volume level?

Getting a comfortable fit and the best volume level is highly related to knowing how to fit your headset for sound isolation.

The Jaybird headset comes with a couple of different styles of rubber ear-tips. The style that produces the best volume is the one that angles the sound forward (see tutorial video). The rubber ear-tip should be positioned so it angles the sound forward and up (2 o'clock on left earpiece, and 10 o'clock on right ear piece).

The Jaybird headset is designed for performance fit and is a new shape to the market. For your first time fitting stand in front of a mirror if needed. The key to a good fit is to make sure the earpiece slides down snug against your head, NOT on the top apex of your ear.

Try the shake off challenge! Can you shake it off? I've yet to meet anyone who can, even those with small ears. email me: judd at jaybirdgear.com.
